Boarding clients: There is a deposit of 50% of the total charge of all services due at the time of booking, so that you may secure your reservation. This can be paid in person at the time of your first temperament screening, and or thereafter by drop off/check through mail.  The remainder of the service total will be due at the time of drop off for boarding.

In-Home Pet Sit or Dog Walking clients:

You will be asked for payment in full at the time of our first initial meeting, to secure your reservation. Thereafter, you will be asked for payment to be made upon my first scheduled service/visit to your home.

In-Home Pet sits made over a month in advance or for all major holidays will be asked to place a deposit of 50% of your total to hold your reservation & that can be made either by drop off or mail and is non-refundable should you decide to cancel services with anything less than two weeks notice with any reservations made one-two months prior to the start of services and 24 hrs notice with any reservations made one-two weeks prior to the start of services.

If for any reason I must stay extra time at your home that wasn’t by choice, but instead due to pet illness, injury, extensive clean up or due to a problem with your home or any other unforeseen circumstance, then you will be charged the regular rate for that service per 30 minutes. If I deem any extra visits are necessary for the safety and well-being of your pet(s) they will be charged at the regular rate as well and added to your bill, after communication/agreement with you prior. There will be a $25 charge, in addition to visit fee, for the pick up of any needed supplies including food, cat litter, paper towels etc. Please make sure you leave enough food and supplies prior to leaving on your trip.

It is recommended that the client should inform their veterinarian that they are using this pet sitting service and check veterinary policy for payment. All emergency veterinary charges will be the full responsibility of the client. Client will be billed a separate fee of $40/hour by the pet sitter for any emergency trips to the vet.

Cancellations

Doggie Day Care: All No Shows or Cancellations done less than 24 hrs notice will be charged as a day care visit for that day. If there is an actual emergency that arises, I would appreciate as much advanced notice as possible, but will forgo a charge depending on the specific situation. Implementing this policy is necessary, as it affects my daily schedule, can determine whether I can add another client if needed and can affect my personal plans as well.

Dog Boarding: There is a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount owed required  upon reserving your space for dog boarding.

Pet Sitting/Daily Dog Walking: Cancellations must be given 48 hours before first scheduled visit or you will charged the fee of that visit up to $50.00, depending on the total amount of visits scheduled. This fee will need to be paid before your next service. As well, In-Home Pet sits made over a month in advance or for all major holidays will be asked to place a deposit of 50% of your total to hold your reservation & that can be made either by drop off or mail. As well, please note the deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel services with anything less than two weeks notice with any reservations made one-two months prior to the start of services and 24 hrs notice with any reservations made one-two weeks prior to the start of services. This time was specifically reserved for you and not available for other clients or my personal plans I would have had the opportunity to make, had I not reserved the time for you.

Holiday’s: It is recommended that you make holiday bookings EARLY. This also goes for school vacation weeks. It is first come, first serve and I can only take a certain number of clients for in-home sits and a maximum of five (5) for doggie day care & boarding. The following holiday’s May have an additional fee of $5.00 per visit, depending on how busy I am for that particular holiday: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, 4th of July and Easter Sunday. Again, a deposit of 1/2 of the total charges is required at the time of booking all major Holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter & 4th of July vacation sits to hold your reservation; The remainder is due at the start of service. No refunds for early returns, as I have taken that time out of my personal and work schedule for you. There is an insufficient funds returned check fee of $25.
