General Rate Information in-home pet sitting:
The below rates are considered “general rates.” Actual rates may vary depending upon where you live, how many pets you have, the exact services you require and how much clean up is involved. Please see “Policies & Procedures for In-Home Pet Sitting” Page for important information you need to know before using my pet sitting service.
| Getting Acquainted:
There is no charge for the initial consult visit required of all new pet sitting clients. This refers to our first time meeting as well as pet’s you acquire in the future that you may need me to meet for the first time. Any other visit that is not pertaining to a new pet made to your home will be charged a regular visit fee. This includes getting reacquainted with or receiving special care instructions for an old pet. Or, you may choose to simply call or email the new instructions.

Key pick up/drop off:
We will store your key indefinitely, at no additional charge in a secure facility. However, some clients prefer to have their key returned after each completed service. Keys will only be returned in person or thru certified mail for an extra charge of $16.00. However, if you choose to either hide your key each visit in a safe place at no responsibility of Heidi’s Historic Home & Pet Care, or drop the key off at my home, there would be no extra charge.

Over Three Pets:
If you have over three pets, please call me for a price. Rates will depend on the situation and time needed to care for all pets, as well as where you live.
I must be notified of all pets in your household and all will be considered to be under my care unless other acceptable care has been provided. I usually don’t charge an extra fee for additional small caged pet’s such as: hamster, gerbil, bunny, bird, fish etc,. unless they require extra food preparation; cage cleaning or other special care other than general feedings and changing of water.
In Home Pet Sitting (up to 30 min.) Rate $20.
A normal visit is approximately 30 minutes. Longer visits can be arranged for a small additional fee.
Service includes (but, is not limited to): Feedings/fresh water, dog walks, cleaning of waste/kitty litter box, play time i.e. playing fetch with favorite toy or ball, basic grooming i.e. brushing dog/cat, administering medicine by pill form or insulin shot (no extra charge), cuddle time/lots of petting and love. Basic watering of a few plants, picking up mail & newspaper, adjusting temperature or windows/blinds, filling bird feeders, are all included in each visit at no extra charge. If you have a large number of plants inside and out, watering can be arranged for an additional fee depending upon the time needed.
The Mid-Day Visit (20 minutes): Rate: $16.00
A shorter visit focusing exclusively on pet care for those who work long hours & have busy schedules, or are crate training their pet. This visit primarily caters to those who do not have access to a doggy door and are in much need of a potty break. And, or a dog/puppy who need that mid-day walk for exercise. There is a 3 visit per week minimum and a 3 month commitment required for this rate/service.
Package Discount (3 visit per day/3 day min): Rate: $55.00
The package includes three visits; two visits are up to the full thirty (30) minutes, and the third visit of the day is twenty (20) minutes. $5.00 savings per day.

Play dates/Day care:
Age/Behavioral Requirements: All dogs must be between the age of Eight (8) Months or Older. All dogs must be completely potty trained, aggressive free, and well trained. We do not accept dogs that have any type of behavioral problems. Please see Policies/Procedures page for details on Temperament Screening.
Service includes (but, is not limited to): A fun filled day of exercise through playing ball/fetch and running around a large yard with other play mates. Meal and snack time. Sun bathing on lounges and nap time on comfy beds. Swimming in kiddy pool during those hot summer day’s. And, lot’s of petting and love.
Basic Rates: Full Day (up to 10 hrs.): $25.00
each sibling is $10. extra
Half Day (up to 6 hrs.): $15.00
each sibling is $10.00 extra
Hourly Day (No Minimum): $8.00 hour

Service includes: Dinner time meal/snacks, play time in evening either inside or out in our spacious back yard, a walk through the neighborhood, cuddle time, and being tucked in a warm, comfy bed with covers (if it’s cold out) at the end of the evening.
Around the Clock Pet Care (24 hour day):
Note: I only allow Five pets (maximum) at a time into my home, excluding my own. This means extra time for each pet that visits.
Rate: 1-7 days $40.00 per day; Over 7 days $35.00 per day

Service includes: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening love and care. Morning and Afternoon hours include: A fun filled day of exercise through playing ball/fetch and running around a large yard with other play mates. Meal and snack time. Sun bathing on lounges and nap time on comfy beds. Swimming in kiddy pool during those hot summer day’s. And, lot’s of petting and love. Grooming (My home or yours): Rate: $25.00
Service includes (sorry, only for small & medium size dogs): Bathing, Blow-Dry, and Brush.
Pet Massage (My home or yours): Rate: $25.00
Service includes: 20-30 minutes of massage therapy. I am soon to be certified in pet massage. However, for now, my experience is on my personal pets, as well as family and friends pets.
| Pet Party (My home or yours):Rate: Different rates apply depending on what type of pet party you choose. Please call to discuss.
Pet’s have birthdays too! And, they can even get married; have baby showers for those who are soon to welp; or just have a party/play date with their friends! Let me help you plan the perfect celebration for your loved one!
Service includes: After you select the type of party you would like and the style/items you wish to have at the party from the selection I provide, I will purchase them for you and set-up the entire party. This includes (but is not limited to) doggy (pet) bakery items and decorations, supervising of the entire party, if you choose, and there is also an option for my staying to clean up. I can also take photographs for you and have them developed and framed for an extra fee.

Spa Package: Rate: $40.00
Service includes: Bathing, Blow-Dry, and Brush followed by 20-30 minutes of massage therapy. For those female pooches, I offer nail polish for an extra $10.00 (if the dog is well behaved).
Pet Taxi: Rate: $40 hr.
Service includes: Driving your loved one around either to the Vet when you can’t take time off of work, or to the doggy park to play with their mates. Gas included.
In Home Pet Sitting (up to 30 min.) Rate $20.
